Akbuk PM Management Service Charge: Payable per annum on commencement or renewal of annual contract.
This includes:
- Secure Key Holding Service.
- Ground Floor door locks changed on commencement of contract.
- Guests met on arrival at property.
- Property inspected on departure of guests.
- Twice monthly airings through-out the year when not occupied.
- Water and Electric meter readings.
- Alert notification and payment of local utility bills.
- Monthly detailed inspection for water and weather damage.
- Arrangement of Airport transfers through registered transfer companies if required.
